UN wants African nations to follow Nigeria’s lead on GDP rebasing

The Executive Secretary of the United Nation’s Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), Mr. Carlos Lopes has said the recent rebasing of Nigeria’s gross domestic product (GDP), which saw the country emerge as the largest economy in Africa, “has important imp
