Pan African Magazine, New African Names Carlos Lopes Amongst 100 Most Influential Africans

The Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa, Mr. Carlos Lopes has been named one of this year’s 100 most influential Africans in the Pan African Publication, New African Magazine.
